What This Platform Does
VehicleWriter ("Platform") is a data aggregation and enrichment tool provided by ADME Advertising Pty Ltd ("ADME", "we", "us"). The Platform:
- Aggregates the vehicle inventory data you supply
- Enriches your listings with manufacturer-sourced images, specifications, and pricing
- Publishes enriched listings to your approved advertising channels
Data Sources & Accuracy
1. Dealer Data
We process the vehicle inventory data supplied by you or on your behalf. We do not independently verify dealer-supplied information. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit.
2. Manufacturer Data
Vehicle images, specifications, features, and recommended retail pricing are sourced from third-party manufacturer materials. This content is owned and controlled by the manufacturers, not ADME. We cannot guarantee this data is current, accurate, or complete. All pricing is indicative, may exclude on-road costs and government charges, and is subject to change without notice.
3. Vehicle Images
Vehicle images are for illustrative purposes only. Images are indicative and may not depict the exact vehicle, colour, trim level, or fitted options and accessories of the vehicle advertised.
Your Responsibilities
As a dealer using this Platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying all vehicle data before publication
- Correcting any errors in images, colours, specifications, or pricing
- Ensuring your listings comply with Australian Consumer Law
- Honouring advertised prices, features, and specifications to consumers
- Ensuring you have the right to use manufacturer content as an authorised dealer
Limitation of Liability
ADME Advertising provides this Platform "as is" and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:
- Incorrect, outdated, or missing manufacturer data, images, or specifications
- Errors or omissions in the processing of dealer-supplied data
- Images, colours, or specifications that do not represent the actual vehicle
- Pricing discrepancies between manufacturer recommended pricing and your actual selling price
- Consumer complaints or disputes about vehicle listings
- Any third-party reliance on data processed through this Platform
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADME Advertising excludes all warranties and liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADME Advertising, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from:
- Your use of this Platform
- Errors in data you provide to us
- Consumer complaints about your vehicle listings
- Your breach of these terms or applicable laws
Manufacturer Intellectual Property
All manufacturer images, logos, and content remain the property of the respective manufacturers. Your right to use this content is governed by your authorised dealer agreement with the manufacturer, not by ADME Advertising.
