What This Platform Does
The Vehicle Inventory Management System ("Platform") is a data aggregation and enrichment tool provided by ADME Advertising Pty Ltd ("ADME", "we", "us"). The Platform:
- Processes your vehicle stocklist PDFs to extract inventory data
- Matches your vehicles with manufacturer (OEM) data to add images, specifications, and pricing
- Exports enriched listings to marketplaces and your website
Data Sources & Accuracy
1. Your Data
We process the stocklist data you provide via PDF upload or email. We do not independently verify VIN numbers, stock numbers, or any other dealer-supplied information. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit.
2. OEM Data
Vehicle images, specifications, features, and recommended retail pricing are sourced from third-party manufacturer systems and official configurator data. This data is owned and controlled by the manufacturers, not ADME. We cannot guarantee this data is current, accurate, or complete.
3. Colour Matching
Our system automatically matches your stocklist colours (e.g., "Hamilton White") to OEM imagery using text-based algorithms. This matching is indicative only - the displayed image may not exactly represent your vehicle's actual colour, trim level, or fitted options.
Your Responsibilities
As a dealer using this Platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying all vehicle data before publication
- Correcting any errors in images, colours, specifications, or pricing
- Ensuring your listings comply with Australian Consumer Law
- Honouring advertised prices, features, and specifications to consumers
- Ensuring you have the right to use OEM content as an authorised dealer
Limitation of Liability
ADME Advertising provides this Platform "as is" and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:
- Incorrect, outdated, or missing OEM data, images, or specifications
- Errors in PDF parsing or data extraction
- Incorrect colour or variant matching
- Pricing discrepancies between OEM RRP and your actual selling price
- Consumer complaints or disputes about vehicle listings
- Any third-party reliance on data processed through this Platform
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADME Advertising excludes all warranties and liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADME Advertising, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from:
- Your use of this Platform
- Errors in data you provide to us
- Consumer complaints about your vehicle listings
- Your breach of these terms or applicable laws
OEM Intellectual Property
All manufacturer images, logos, and content remain the property of the respective OEMs. Your right to use this content is governed by your authorised dealer agreement with the manufacturer, not by ADME Advertising.
